I drove 1400 miles across country to trade in my vehicle for the exact model I was looking for, per the salesperson. He said it was exactly like another I was wanting to purchase. I was assured all the specs were the same. After closing the deal and driving it further, I find the vehicle was not accessorized according to the same specs I was looking at. I was refused the return of my deposit and as a female buyer, feel taken advantage of, after going the extra mile, literally, and getting a product that was not to the exact specifications that was promised/assured. After returning the car, I gave them a second chance by wanting to order a new 2025 vehicle. I was ghosted for 5 days with no return emails or phone calls. Needless to say, I will not be doing business there again and will be filing a complaint with our state attorney general. They are putting all the blame on me when they were the ones who brought the wrong vehicle in to sell me. And it's not right they stole my deposit for not wanting to sell me a new car. I put forth every effort for another sale with minimal to no reciprocation. I will also add that the salesman admitted fault to both my husband and myself. I spoke with the general manager who put his salesman's word above my own. I expressed I tried to order a separate, second vehicle but didn't get any response from sales, again, the blame was put on me rather than the salesperson who brought in the wrong vehicle. Women beware!
They lied to me, broke my vehicle and charged me $1,600 for their mistake. Worst service of all time. It's been months of lies and countless hours of stress. My vehicle is STILL broken and instead of fixing it, they rather ignore my phone calls.

Not helpful with questions about Bluetooth connections. I was told I needed to ask the Mercedes Concierge who was not at work and had not been for two weeks.

Excellent customer service! We had problems with our Sprinter van and had to be towed in from Glacier National Park. Inspite of their already busy workload they were able fit us in and get us back on the road and our vacation in a short period of time. Thanks guys!

I received the initial DEF notification of DEF level at 30% while traveling between Sundance WY and Hardin MT. While in Hardin, I purchased a 2.5 gal. container of API certified DEF and added it to the truck prior to departure for Bozeman MT. The DEF level did not reset during the trip and continued to count down. I made contact with a knowledgeable friend who advised me to go to a dealer for investigation. My friend also said that it could take a number of start-run- off cycles to reset. I went grocery and pet food shopping in Bozeman (4 cycles in addition to the one for departing Hardin). While traveling to Missoula MT the DEF level was frozen at 24%. After arriving in Missoula, I contacted Demarois and got an appointment for the following morning, as they had a cancellation. Within and hour, it was determined there we no trouble codes and that the DEF level sensor was working, plus the level sensor was recalibrated. I was advised that it can take 20 starting cycles before the level resets. The charges we quite reasonable. The DEF level now shows OK. I am quite happy with service advisor Ivory and the shop diesel technician who did the work. I recommend this dealership.
